Your Guaranteed Bandwidth is only 200 Mbps, this is not enough. You need at least 500-750 Mbps guaranteed with 2 Gbps uplink and some uplink burst availability. Then it will stream to 200 users simultaneously.

Your HDDs may not be fast enough. I would get additional 250-500Gb SSD and move the system to that SSD, then increase the file system cache size so your most popular files will be cached to SSD.

If you encode video as 2500kbps, then you need 2500*200=500,000 kbps (500mbps) rate of data transfer available at any time. Very, very few hosting companies (if there is any) will guarantee 500 mbps for you only, most of them connect you to the network and tell you the maximum up-link, they never say what would be a minimum.

I had a similar problem and ended up buying a webserver with 10 gbps uplink where 2 gbps is guaranteed:

CPU: Intel Dual Xeon E5 2603/2620
    Memory: 64GB
    Harddrive: 4 x 3 TB
    Total Uplink: 10 Gbps
    Available Uplink Usage: 2 Gbps
    Available Uplink burst: 10 Gbps*
    Bandwidth: Guaranteed 2 Gbps Unmetered

    Hi, thank you for answer!
My videos is not in WordPress Media library. I organize it in separate folders, inside single video folder I have a several files related to that video.
Instead of renaming video-720.mp4 to video.mp4, can I jast create a seamlink named video.mp4 and pointed it to video-720.mp4 so it won’t brake already established links?

    Thanks, Jasper.
It appears that resent WordPress update (4.4) included srcset attribute, so there is probably no need to duplicate the functionality, if I’m not mistaken.

    Thanks for replay.
Here is a Video post .

One video is 1091×490 and the second one is 640×480.
How can I display those videos without black bars?
