Can anyone please help us? Has others ran into this issue? Great plugin but need to see appts table in admin settings. Thank you!

Ever figure this out? Our appts table never loads no matter what appt dates, range, month, etc. Just stopped working last Dec and noone will help us address the issue. All works but table or appts never shows.

Still no fix to this? Our appointments can not be loaded still into our table inside your plugin admin. Any fix to this? All we have is access to the emails NOT the table inside the plugin admin. Please help.

Page link? Now a public page to access seeing our admin table issue. How do we send you a link to a admin page in our wordpress admin panel? It is not the table on the site but in our WP admin in your plugin. Thanks for your help.

Never happened before now. Never loads anymore. Really disappointing. Can anyone else offer input as no reply from plugin admin / dev.

Kinda useless plugin if we can not see the appointments or access them. More so being we have holiday appointments set and are using the plugin? Any support here admin?

We found that it was a conflict with .html to pages plugin. Likely it is not your issue but might be another plugin. Also check all your settings. But we figured it out after weeks of testing every plugin for a conflict. be sure your pages ate NOT .html or you 301 any to .html ext.

Any further thoughts here on this? Still can not assign who can see certain pages in menu using UM. Please help…driving us crazy.

Unclear what you mean but this is what we mean…

1) We add a page to the WP menu, and then save the menu.
2) We expand the menu item and try to set / check the UM permission settings.
(e.g. friend – user – member – admin and check who can access page)
3) We then click save and menu does not update or set the UM permissions set.

The issue menu items do not save the UM permissions or access set for menu items.
Worked fine in past.

UPDATE: found out solution is simply selecting all in waiting email list and using reactivation option. Phew…those little cheats / uses not explained thus known to all. lol

RESOLVED! Seems there is a conflict with .html on pages. Obviously this plugin will add .html to all pages and paths in WP.

If you have this issue it is likely the same problem we had.

You must delete any “add html to pages” type of plugin, or it will rewrite your UM pages and give you 404 errors as it is looking for the wrong paths.

UPDATE: we have found that this is the issue with ALL user updates, password changes and issues. The plugin is placing a .html after all. Yes we have permalinks set to post…

E.g. account.html/general account.html/password and user.html

We found if we remove the .html from the test user path e.g. https://www.vo101.com/user/candy it then finds the page.

Yet if we click on the users profile / image circle it again redirects to /user.html/candy .. Give it a try. How can this be addressed or this path be fixed?
