Seems there was a conflict with WP-Members. We removed plugin and UM works fine. Thank you for the support.

NO ultimate member is set to ‘allow site to be accessible to all’… we only require rights to access paid areas such as our online training areas and freebies area. works everywhere fine except this page seen below now set to ‘everyone’. both the page and on menu. cleared cache at cloudflare and republished page and re-added to menu.

Two pages below are set to allow students to test drive the course these are seen below. both are set the same but ioe will not release from requiring login…

Thanks. No he uses not cache tool. Cleared cookies, opt database, reinstalled plugin 3x, played with layout of page to be sure still no layout issues.

Ok for other with this issue…After we went to mailpoet / settings / Subscribe in registration form and checked that box, it works and email verification link is sent to users, then once user clicks the emailed link, they are sent the welcome email based on their registrations forms ROLE!

NOTE – however ALL users are added to the master wordpress user list. Then you must manually sort them or add them to the other lists of your choice in mailpoet / lists.

But this option MUST be checked in settings to work right. By the way we are using Ultimate Member for our members area and all registration forms! FYI.

…after looking so in other words, the users MUST select and check the radio field to opt-in to the same list or pick from a list manually when registering? What if they do not? Hmmm kinda a flaw in mailpoet.

Thank you. That makes no sense. If the members sign-up on different forms, how do we have them assigned to a role as is required and part of the welcome email set-up? e.g. “Sent when a new WordPress user with the role Member is added to your site.” We have several registration forms based on their membership. This system assumes all users are have roles as subscribers. Very odd. Can you explain? Thanks again!

thank you very kindly…yet even with the express plugin version we do not see where you can set a unique return path on each product. you can only set 1 master return path to a thank you page. guess it is a flaw and should be added to plugin as surely other users want to redirect buyers to actual page other than a gen thank you page. e.g a signup / registration page, etc

thanks…so there is short code we can add to the button code to change the return path from paypal? if not can we install another hopping cart or can we only have 1 installed at a time

Fixed invalid password reset issue…was cache issue on server side….still not able to limit access letting users purchase 1 account then sharing it across the web…not good!
