Cheers.Hey @saisanjayg
Thanks for your prompt reply. I have sent an email to your support with reference of this ticket. Please check.
Cheers.Thank you for your quick reply.
First of all, I can’t find my IP address in the IP list of Ozone Layer logs. I have been waiting for more than an hour.
Secondly, whitelisting IPs is not a good option for us in this situation. Do you have a whitelist URL option? For example, I would like to whitelist my login URL so that it will not block my autologin option.Hello @romanche756
Yes, that will be a Staging site; if you create a staging site without name (which is optional), it pick some random name.
So you can delete that folder.

Thanks for the screenshot you share. I see you are already a premium user of WP Staging and allowed to get premium support. So, will you please submit a support request through our?Support Form?
Also, I request you share temporary login details and attach the log file through our support form so we can dig down the issue and fix it quickly.
ThanksHi @bandreas3
Hope you are doing fine.
Yes, that table is part of the WP Staging plugin. You can follow this article to clean your installation while uninstalling WP Staging.
If you explain a bit more about “stopped working” like which feature is not working, and if you get any error message or not, etc. we can fix that issue for you. Also, you can share the debug log message from WP Staging > System Info it would be faster to debug your issue and fix that.

In reply to: [WP STAGING WordPress Backup Plugin - Migration Backup Restore] Restore error@gauss79 Hi, what I understand from the error message that your backup is OK but it seems you took the backup from a “http” site but want to restore it to a “https” site, which is not possible with this free version. You need to do it using the Pro version.
Hope it make sense.
Thanks
Hi @gmvo06
This should be the same as other plugins, go to the plugins menu and find the WP Staging plugin. You will get a “Deactivate” link under the plugin, first click on that. It will deactivate the WP Staging plugin. Now you can get the “Delete” link there. If you would like to delete the plugin from your site completely, you can do it by this delete link.
But first of all, if you mention with which plugin it create conflict, I am sure the team will fix that conflict ASAP.
Thanks
@benjikeyt Its seems like you missed the section “Remove database value wpstg_is_staging_site” from the guide.
You can find the “wpstg_is_staging_site” from your database options table and remove it or set it to false. Hope it will fix your issue.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Location Events in filesystemHi @nqmy3z3
The events are not files, they are data stored in the database. If you can install/reinstall the plugin then you should get your events in dashboard.
Thanks
