I have the same issue. I had created two consents. Then I wanted to add the third one but it was not possible as it always loaded the last consent I had created and therefore only allowed me to update that one (even though I had clicked on the Add button).
I thought this was a limitation (free version or something) only allowing two consents. So I deleted one of them which left me with one consent. Had the same issue, each time I clicked on add it opened the one that was already created and allowed be to update that one. Not to create new. So I deleted that one also which left me with no consents. When I now click on Add I get the following error: “Couldn’t find this consent.”. So it seems like it always tries to load the last consent created or something when clicking on Add.
