Hello, I tried to add the filter you suggested to hide the SKU but it seems that emails stop arriving, is there a new filter to add?
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Incorrect Shipping Cost Calculation Issue in WooCommerceHello @doublezed2,
Thank you for your message and for taking the time to attempt to replicate the issue. Our team has also been actively investigating this matter, and we’ve followed the same steps you mentioned: we replicated the address and products involved in the cases where we observed that the shipping calculation failed. However, to date, we have not been able to identify the root cause of the problem.
It’s worth noting that our company handles thousands of sales, and while cases like this are rare, we recognize their impact on the customer experience when they do occur.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to resolve this issue.
Best regards,
Vixel

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Incorrect Shipping Cost Calculation Issue in WooCommerceHello @carolm29,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The screenshot you provided contained sensitive information, so I’ve removed it from our records to ensure data security.
Regarding the issue you mentioned, I’ve successfully replicated one of the orders that resulted in a $0 shipping cost. I used the same shipping address and specific products as in the original order. Additionally, I’ve attached the following screenshots:
- Screenshot of the original order showing $0 shipping cost: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/46230483?key=c18c7cb912ce8adbb513bb1dcd413118
- Screenshot of the replicated order:https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/46230740?key=ba4b2ee97441757a27d01bb33ec2b786

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Incorrect Shipping Cost Calculation Issue in WooCommerceHi @afzalpansuvi,
Thank you for your prompt response and assistance regarding the shipping cost calculation issue.
We have conducted the tests as suggested and are pleased to report that all results appear normal. We disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and switched to the default Storefront theme. Additionally, we reviewed the shipping settings in WooCommerce and ensured that all zones, classes, and rules were set up correctly. Furthermore, we cleared the cache and conducted test orders with different shipping addresses and methods, and the shipping costs were calculated accurately each time.
As requested, attached are the three screenshots:
- Shipping settings, methods, and rates for each shipping zone: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/46225063?key=a14148698e8103939b94b79202d73303
- Screenshots of the cart and checkout pages when the shipping cost is not calculated correctly: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/46225257?key=2ef449a4f347dade9160383138ee8fb9
- The system status report from WooCommerce > Status > Logs:https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/46225314?key=557ab624415f7c2f44e8f4408adbc35c
I’d like to reiterate that while shipping costs are calculated correctly most of the time, there are instances where this does not occur. In the attached screenshot of the receipt, it’s evident that the shipping details are accurately filled out, the order does not exceed $80,000, yet the shipping cost remains at $0.
Please review the provided information and let us know if there are any further steps we should take to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your continued support.
Best regards, Vixel

Hi Mane,
Thank you for your response.
I wanted to confirm that I checked with my Hostinger hosting provider and they indicated that the
mod_rewrite
,mod_headers
andmod_mime
modules are enabled. Therefore, the required modules are already activated in my configuration.
Do you have any other suggestions on how I can resolve the “WebP Format Not Enabled” error with the 10Web Booster plugin?
I look forward to your reply.

Hi, it seems the issue may be with the Astra layout.
To fix it you can go to “Edit with Elementor” your homepage and then at the bottom left you will find the gear icon for “Settings” and under “Page Structure” you need to select “Elementor Full Width”, save changes and check. If this doesn’t work check the layout settings in Astra or I also suggest custom CSS that can help:
.ast-container {max-width: 100%; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; }
Hope you can fix your issue.
Regards.
