These are the products with the different price – from some reason, it has given them a different id! The id of the last one (last line) is the correct SKU, but the price is wrong. The feed is correct, this is what I meant, I put it on the browser and searched for the out of stock products, they are not there. The feed refreshed every hour on facebook, please check
https://ibb.co/KqQzkJvAnd the products are correct on Data Sources (no wooden box there)
https://ibb.co/k99Dgw1BUT I have finally been able to identify where it is picking the wrong/out of stock products from!

In Catalogue > Items for some reason I can still see the highlighted products as in stock, while they are out of stock and not in the feed! I manually deleted them now, but I have identified other issues too, e.g. I have another product showing both is stock and out of stock, with different image!Any idea how this is happening? Does it get updated with new products but does not remove the old ones?
Thanks
How do I do that? The ad is on Facebook, I have set it to renew automatically every hour, is this what you mean?
Hi, do you think creating a new feed would solve these issues? Is there a reason not to do it, advertisment wise?
Thanks
I got a customer complaint, saying that you say the wine costs €12,13 and when you click on it, it costs €14! So it is actually the same product with an outdated title and price!
I just saw what you meant! There is only one product, 2021 with that name, the 2020 version is probably an old product that was deleted a long time ago.
See, this is what I mean. The feed is correct, i just double checked it.This is the exact same product. The bottle with white background is the default product image and the image with the black background is the Facebook images I add in Yoast SEO plugin.
I am using a caching plugin, but the feed is correct. There are no out of stock products in it and the prices are correct. Please check screenshot, the first two products are actually the same product, one showing €12,13 the other €14!
Hi, this product was set to Out of stock but was still seen in the ad. So I set it to Draft, not published. It is still seen in the ads and when people click on it, it is now shown as page does not exist, because I set it to Draft.
I have also updated prices in some products a long time ago, but some of them still show the old price in the ad, any idea how to fix that?
Thanks again
Hi, although the feed doesn’t contain any out of stock products (and this is the only feed for the calalogue), I see products that are out of stock (the wooden box) getting adveritsed. One of these specifically, I have completely hidden it, but it is there in the ad and when people click on it, they get a page not found error.
Any idea where these products are picked up from?https://ibb.co/8brv75S

So this XML link does not change? This is what I will be using for my catalogue campaigns, right?
Hello again, I uploaded the xml to my catalogue through the Data feed and told it that it updates automatically every hour.

Thanks,
ViviHi, thanks.
I hadn’t checked the Include product variations button. I have the catalogue now, but I am not sure how to connect it to Facebook!Yes, thank you!
Hi, I am using a caching plugin, I cleared cache now.
This is the setup I have made, I believe it is correct.
I haven’t checked the actual catalogue conversions ads yet (which were showing out of stock products up until yesterday), but I see the out of stock products in the xml. Am I supposed to see them?
