Ok found the problem, sorry that was a silly request…I didn’t realise there is a general Comment activation here https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/287-how-to-enable-comments-in-pages-in-the-hueman-wordpress-theme that one needs to do first.

Hi I found out I had an issue with my htaccess file. Bluehost fixed this and now all is a-ok.

I don’t actually have access those tabs in my customizer.
My customizer looks exactly like the one in the link you posted but without the tabs.
Any idea what could be the problem?

Hello, I just moved to Hueman from another theme, and none of the comments show up.
Under Customize > Main Body Design > Pages Comments I have a box that says Comments
Comments on Pages
If I click on it nothing happens.

Example of a page from my website with comments not showing up is vivrecapetown.com/loger/forum-logement/

Anybody can help?

Shall I add that I would actually like to have both the title and an image banner as a header background, is that not possible in Hueman?
If not I will just create an image that contains my title and tagline.

But my first comment still stands, as I am not able to change the Header image settings.

Hello, I am new to this theme, I just migrated to Hueman and I have the same problem: when I go Customize > Header > Header image I get this text:
Use a header banner image
Upload a header image (supported formats : .jpg, .png, .gif, svg, svgz). This will disable header title/logo, site description, header ads widget
It is not clickable, there is no hyperlink or tickable box, so I can’t do anything.

The options for site title, logo and tagline under Customize > Header > Header design, colours and others are also not active for customisation.

The default setting it gives me shows the Title and tagline, but I can’t add an image.
If anyone is able to help I’d be most grateful!

@ PerfectCr: write to support at wordpress dot com, like Sqwer did, and they will fix it.
I also wrote to them yesterday and they responded and mine are now fine (and they also reflect that Support visited my site, so they did do something!)

Not everything came right though, as now the graph is slow to update and shows a lower number of visits than the BlogStats Today’s views (bottom left) show. I have again written to support and will see what they say.

oops my mistake, I was looking at another thread. Most people who installed, activated, deactivated Jetpack say wp-stats work after that.
I wonder if will still work if you uninstall Jetpack altogether after deactivating it. Have posted the question on the .com forum and I will post the answer here if someone has tried it.

That Jetpack activate/deactivate solutions sounds really weird, has anyone tried it?

Is it possible that the launch of Jetpack a few days ago somehow triggered the error with wp-stats? It seems something to do with the API key.
My stats are still out, only now the message just says “your wordpress account is not authorised to access the stats”, and not that “we are working on fixing this”.
This has now been nearly 40 hours.

Still not working for me https://www.viverecapetown.com nor for many other sites it seems, from reading similar threads.
Ipstenu please forgive my ignorance, do you mean there is a way to use wp-stats without an API key, or do you mean you are not using wp-stats?
I am also using other stats (such as Google Analytics) but I find the quickest to update and to visualise are wp-stats.

I had a similar problem (red cross).
I ran my sitemap through an online validator and found some problems, which I am going to try and fix, hopefully it will solve the problem with Google Webmasters Tools.
