No option available for this widget. because this plugin does not support any option. and Note : Do not put the same widget twice in a page. is just a cautionary note that you should not put same plugin twice in the same page.

To use this plugin, you just need to drag it to any of the sidebars and save. It will show up in website then. No addition modification is necessary.

Can you give the website address to know the issue better?

There will be a shortcode included for use in theme but as for now only widget is available..

Ya i would be happy to apply patch in newer version.

Try using newer version of this plugin..If is doesn’t work then make sure your wordpress version is up to date and its core is not tempered with..
