The last option works fine:

I’ve only added this line at the beginning of the form.
While, the same line included in custom.css had no effects. I’ll take away, to have all clean.

Sorry, I’ve the same issue.
I wish create a list of options each one starting on a new line.
But I cannot depend on the css in the theme taht can change, as it could be updated automatically.
Is not possible insert the same info (span.wpcf7-list-item{display:inline-flex} ) directly in the specific form?

i don’t see the content of sitemaps generated, so I cannot understand where is the HTML entry .
I’m using WP last version 4.5 and theme ENFOLD last version 3.5.2 and this plagin last version.
