In reply to: [Jetpack VideoPress] Bulk Convert VideosHowdy! We do not have an option currently, but we are investigating creating an option for bulk uploads directly into VideoPress. What you can do is to bulk upload via WP Admin -> Media Library. These videos can convert to VideoPress but with a bulk upload it may take some time to upload and convert.
If you do have the VideoPress Plugin you can also convert those local videos to VideoPress via the VideoPress dashboard.Forum: Plugins

Howdy @valbrunpro, this sounds like there may be a caching or syncing issue with your Jetpack CRM setup. In some cases, if you have a caching plugin installed – this can cause some conflict. If you do have one installed, try disabling the caching plugin and updating statuses of your contacts again.
Depending on the specific scenario, there may be some other points where this sync isn’t working as it should be, especially if you are using WooCommerce Sync – we’d like to be able to take a closer look with you to get to the bottom of this. Could you create a support ticket and reference this forum post in your ticket:

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Howdy Oliver,
Thank you for reaching back out with some more details. Besides what JS said above:
You can do something like that when logged into the WP Admin dashboard of your site. After logging in, you can go to Jetpack CRM > Contacts and click on a contact. When viewing the contact, you’ll see an Activity Log that shows all of their recent activity (warning email, etc), along with all of their contact details, invoices, and other information. You can learn more about that in the Jetpack CRM knowledge base here:?https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/article-categories/customers/
Some further information about the activity log is you are able to add in the notes, files, and more – while also being able to pin specific activity data to the top of the log for quick readable access.
Another option, if you are interested in including these notes directly into your contact info for each contact is to setup custom fields. You can create text, text areas, and a bunch more custom field types which can be applied across your CRM system, opening fields up for each contact, essentially creating your own note field. You can learn more about that in the Jetpack CRM knowledge base here:
https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/how-to-use-custom-fields-in-jetpack-crm/
These fields can be setup to be exported by selecting the custom field options on export.Howdy @ricksimnett – thank you for jumping in on this conversation. My colleague Alba mentioned above that we have had some feature requests for Elementor, so I’ll go ahead and add your +1 to the report as well.
