Hey Guys,
Since upgrading to 3.4, ‘Improve My Load Speed’ is causing all of my installs/updates to hang on the ‘Downloading’ page and not progress visually. The download is actually progressing in the background, so it’s just a visual hang-up. When I return to the plugins page, the plugin or update has completed as normal. Not terminal but a bit of a pain. For the record, I will continue to use the plugin as it’s a real little bazooka!! Delivers me far better page speed than other compression/caching methods. Really great. This is just a heads-up.

First off, great plugin. Simple and effective. However, once I installed the plugin I found when I tried installing other plugins through the admin area that it would get stuck on ‘Downloading plugin whatever…’ and never proceed. It would actually download the plugin, I could see it by clicking inactive plugins, but the screen would not refresh as usual to indicate downloading, success, click here to install as is typical. I verified this by deactivating this plugin and installing another plugin, which worked as expected.
