I can appreciate your frustration, I’ve run into my share of hurdles with Plugins and platforms too… If you’re a Gold Cart customer you can open a premium support topic to have these issues looked at by Instinct without charge.

I do my best to provide as much ‘free’ support as possible, be that through GetShopped.org SF or my own site, that said I often request payment to look into Plugin WP e-Commerce issues.

I’ve got the “Managing images in the Admin is still funky” and “Thumbnail sizing is recognized, but to NOT CROP is not” errors in 3.8.2, I can’t confirm the others as I place the Product ‘screen’ within a custom Page template and make calls directly through the template.

I’ll create a topic on GetShopped.org SF and see if it gets picked up, very likely it already is being looked into for inclusion in 3.8.4 ??

Sounds like 3.8 and up, since it’s a week old likely 3.8.2 or 3.8.1.

Regarding the Members Plugin, failing support to fix your issue I would request a refund via PayPal, I’d do the same with any other purchase.

Your broken Checkout table sounds like a Theme-specific issue, I’ve thrown this Plugin at a few free and premium Themes without a hitch, check for any unclosed div’s or overflow’s within your Theme CSS.

Your other issues, some critical/some minor, should all be raised as free and/or premium support topic’s to get fixed in the next Plugin update as I’m confident others must be affected by them aswell. Hopefully this is a good start ??

Hi bdkennedy1, I actively use WP e-Commerce for my client sites (as well as running my own store) please ensure other Plugins aren’t causing Javascript conflicts by deactivating other Plugins to isolate the culprit; that said I sometimes see a ‘flicker’ on the Edit button, it was raised yesterday to be resolved in a Plugin update ??
