I think we are not allowed to share links in support tickets and no option for attachment.

the issue is after the recent update of yaymail on 6th feb I am getting the following error in site health status check.

“Your site may have problems auto-updating plugins and themes“

Even though the all plugins and themes are enabled for auto updates the false error message is showing.

when I disable the yaymail plugin then the above issue gone.
This indicating us the issue is with recent plugin update (yaymail)

Why data like device type, location (country), browser names, are not displaying in the statistics?

Is there any possibility where we can track UTMs and Events (button click, particular page visit e.g. WooCommerce) in your future updates?

Can we be able to import data (CSV file) from other analytical tools in to Burst Statistics?

@rogierlankhorst The issue not resolved with the resolution you provided.

I have completely uninstalled the plugin with data and reinstalled it. Now it seems data is displaying properly and date range also able to select. I really don’t know how far these perfect working conditions will keep intact. The remaining issue is;

Dashboard Home Widget not showing any data

Do I need to exclude any scripts from caching? Or Include any scripts in our performance optimization plugin? (Perfmatters)

Can you pleae whitelist ‘quora-bot/1.0 (https://www.quora.com)’? Quora is one the good source of traffic for many websites if it blocked and then it will negatively impact the trust and ranking. Hope you can consider this too along with my previous request of whitelisting hexometer (hexometer.com).
