After having my host migrate my site to a PHP 5.3.11 running server, the plugin works in itself. Although the old problem of the plugin making some WordPress functions not work has resurfaced; I cannot change the status of a message from private to public for instance when the plugin is activated. Will try to upgrade WP to 3.4.1 but getting a bit weary from these flaws…
@wouter didn’t check it with 3.3.2 since I upgraded first to 3.4 and then found the old plugin would make my upload page broken
My PHP version is indeed <5.3, I’ll check with my host how to have that upgraded.

Na enige tijd bleek dat er toch wat veranderingen aan de plugin zijn geweest, zo is de compatibiliteit “opeens” verschoven naar versie 3.3.1 van WP. Hoewel de teller voor de plugin nog steeds op 1.0 staat. Er blijken ook nog 2 versies daarvan in omloop als je via WP zoekt in de plugins op “bol.com”.
Alle “oude” plugins verwijderen en de kennelijk nieuwste versie installeren leverde wel succes op! Gelukkig blijven de instellingen behouden van de API etc, dus je hoeft niets opnieuw in te vullen, erg prettig.
Qua functionaliteit lijkt nu alles goed te werken, vlot en soepel, zelfs op een Mac met Safari! Waarvoor hulde en dank, maar slordig blijft het allemaal wel een beetje. Nu toch 5/5 sterren voor de plugin!
