in the screen shot you sent i do not see a bogo proudct. Please add a bogo product to the cart then you will see the issue. Please see screen shot below.

The author updated plugin and said it compatible with elementor 3.9.2 but elementor latest release version is 3.9 1. Also the update did not fix compatibility issue. Things like Cafe products is still not working. The elementor menu on the left side is also not loading.
