The problem is not with us, it comes from your plugin more precisely “GeoDirectory” because you have a enqueue of everything on the whole admin not only on the page where the plugin is loaded, if you check upload in the whole admin bootstrap si js. So the solution would be to upload only that page on that enqueue.
