My problem still pending plz help to fix

I changed my profile pic from wp-admin/users.php but it don’t showing in front end side.
And also not showing picture in users listing in wp-admin.

Can you pls check ?

Yes, i installed buddypress and bbpress plugin.

But photos are not visible even if both plugins are deactivated.

Is it possible to conflict ?
