Hi @ultimatemembersupport, I have done conflict test by disabling all the plugins and switching to theme twenty sixteen, but the issue is still there.
And I am sure that I am adding full user profile link.

Update: the above is working fine when logged in as administrator.

but anyways I will manage by modifying the plugin.
