Text area can’t have the shortcode.

However, you can add the shortcode to the Text Editor or About section. It is basically your Homepage description.

Edit your Homepage from WP-admin > Pages. And, add the shortcode in this page’s content.

Update:
Neve Pro has the option to make your Header sticky. You can use the default provided options at – WP-admin > Apperance > Customize > Header > Raw settings > Style Tab.

You can also change its height.

The menu was clickable when I checked both the websites on mobile. Share buttons are appearing as well. Kindly check after clearing the cache. Also, check bby selecting default skin here – https://prnt.sc/nzwqsf as we are working for the issue on other skin options.

Latest version of Hestia is 2.4.5. Kindly try to update the theme as well.

If one plugin is latest and the theme is an older version, it can create problem. Also, it is better to have latest version. 1.1.43 is pretty old version than what is current.

If you think it will mess up your website, keep a backup and update on the staging website first. So that your live website stays intact.

I see some errors from cached js files on the website. Please check the issue by clearing website cache and regenerating minified files. You should be able to do this from the settings of optimization/caching related plugin installed on your website.

After doing so, try to re-save the widget settings once and see how it goes.

If the above does not help, please provide feed URL. So that we can check it.

I will forward this further to our developers. Right now, the theme has category page with the title. Product tag pages do not have that. We will provide an update/fix in the upcoming version of the theme.

Footer:

1. If you do not place any widgets at the footer in Appearance > Widgets, it will not show the footer widgets.

2. If you are looking to remove credit links and menu, you can remove the credit links from Customize > Footer Options > Footer Credits.

3. For menu, create a blank menu without any items at Appearance > Menus and assign it to “Footer” location.

Logo: The theme does not have the option to increase the logo size. However, you can try adding the following code at Customize > Additional CSS:

    max-height: 90px;
}

With Polylang, you will need to create a translated page for Blog.

Also, create a menu in both languages.

The page/image/string will be displayed on the front-end only if the string/page will be available in that language.

Polylang works quite nicely with our themes. It just requires settings which will be there with any multi-language plugin.
