The error from the theme is a bug that will be fixed in our next release. It shouldn’t have any negative effect other than the persistent message.

That said, it should be downloading and activating IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding. Do you see that listed in your menu or plugins list?

I see you’ve submitted a ticket in multiple locations, but FYI – adding a 2 star rating is a poor way to submit a support ticket.

Hopefully you’ve received the answers you need in order to adjust the rating.

We have a shortcode that exists, that rolls everything out in a neat and organized manner, called [project_page_complete product=”#”]. The main sidebar should work, since projects use a post template. Does your post template have a sidebar? If so, try it there.

Did you place a widget on the page?

Ah, this is because the free version does not support shortcodes. You’ll have to use the widget in order to display project information.

Alternatively, you’ll have access to all of the shortcodes if you purchase a license.

When using donation only, it does not show levels on the form or front-end, which is the desired behavior, depending on the theme you’re using.

Level based crowdfunding is not compatible with pledge what you want. To add a description, just enter it as the option name.
