In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Digital Downloads failing with S3 BucketI can confirm there is a conflict with the Woocommerce database in the most latest release and Amazon S3 buckets on two different sites. Both experienced a return from Amazon of “FILE NOT FOUND” when I update to the very latest Woocommerce. I rolled back to a backup I have for 5.4.2, and everything works find again.
I asked my theme guys if it might be theme related (OCEANWP.org) and they said NO — this is most likely a failure of the database structure after the latest update.
So I am holding off until I can look at it more closely. But just to let you know — 5.5.1 is NOT working correctly with Amazon S3 buckets.

I went to my Plesk Server, and deleted a folder in WP CONTENTS < PLUGINS called “SECURITY-MALWARE” or something like that.
This is a fairly important thing you may want to put some sort of reply up for support.

And inside that page, line 187, it says ‘Please change the settings as needed’.
Can you let me know which line I should change the settings? I would like <H2> instead of <H3> and custom title. I think you have made that possible, but I am not a very strong code guy. If you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thanks!
Hi, thanks! Is there any support for this? I assume it has to be done in the plugin related page on my server and not in WordPress?
There are a lot of solutions out there and the best thing is to find the right fit for you. I will be looking for something that doesn’t require so much ongoing tweaking and management. I appreciate the solid nature of your product, I am sure it works fine for most people, but I can’t have customers emailing me complaining the Contact Us form is giving them a forbidden white screen. If you were to allow the customization of this page so it actually looked like my website page and gave other options then perhaps the result of customers getting blacklisted wouldn’t be so awful. For reference here is a page I created with a custom 404 error that provides a great deal of support and options.

I think the problem is she went here and then ended up using the Contact Us form which is blocked by your security malware product. Anyway I pay for another product which has AntiSpam and security as well and I just turned that one on instead. Theirs includes a set-up wizard inside my site that is a bit more easy to navigate with how-to videos as well.

I could have used Chimpmail which is a fine product but we were able to resolve some email issues as well with SendGrid as a total solution.

In reply to: [Dynamic Pricing With Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Options forThanks, I installed the update, and then a customer called to say that it was applying my rule incorrectly — for example, the rule said ‘put 2 items in the cart, save 10%’ and she had 1 item in the cart, and it was trying to take 20% off (the 2nd rule) and then it voided the transaction, she couldn’t check out, so I deleted the rules for now and turned off the plugin. Should I make new rules? I deleted the old ones, it was working but apparently not today.
