I’ve tested Contact Form 7 in combination with the Manage Notification E-mails plugin without any problems. Contact Form 7 is a largely used plugin and I think a lot of the users who have installed MNE plugin also have Contact Form 7 installed without any problems. Maybe something else is producing this error? If you solved the issue, please confirm this. It will help other users as well ??

Hi @parselearn, This is really strange. The file containing this function is only requested once. It looks like you have two different versions combined or something?! A possible solution is to delete the plugin. Deactivate, then remove it. After that install it again. This could help to fix the problem I think. Please let me know if this helped you solve it.
An other solution could be to try the latest development version 1.8.1 manage-notification-emails.1.8.1.zip

Hi @tim-reeves, thanx for your comment! I will look into it and try to reproduce and fix this bug. Maybe it helps when you deinstall and install the plugin. This will reset all settings and can help solving the issue.

@shileyking I will look at it once again. up untill now I can’t reproduce this strange behaviour ??. Maybe you can try working a period without the plugin an give my an update of how that goes? In the meantime I try to solve the issue. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi @shileyking, that’s a strange bug, because it’s random ??. Are you using a multisite and Which version of WooCommerce and WordPress are you using regarding this issue? Maybe I can detect this strange behavior of the blank message.

@databell96 The default e-mail of WordPress has no HTML or design. And has a very simple output. It contains text like: Someone has requested a password reset for the following account: …. If this was a mistake, ignore this email and nothing will happen …. To reset your password, visit the following address: ….
Furthermore it contains no images or logo’s. If it does, you know an other plugin is active and overrules the notifications plugin

@dotcominfo do you also have one of the plugins installed that @databell96 has installed? See the previous comment. Some plugins do overwrite this functionality by sending a custom notification. If the e-mail for changing passwords sent does not look like the standard WordPress e-mail, this probably is the issue.

Hi @databell96, that’s strange, mostly this problem occurs in combination with another plugin. I will try to simulate the problem by installing MemberPress and BuddyBoss. DO you have any other plugins installed that maybe can interfere?
