Hi Cris:
I’m using a child theme with resident plugins built in. Thanks for posting your observations. This does make sense. I found that certain plugins “clash” with each other when activated because they are fighting for the same resources. Interesting. Thanks again. Very helpful. Forgot about that situation. I’ve been using wordpress for the last 3 years. 2 years solid and 1 year off and on.

In reply to: [FeedWordPress] [Plugin: FeedWordPress] RSS feeds stopped workingA good way to check is just to switch themes with a wider width and I would probably do this 3 times with 3 different themes. See if it takes it and if it does you will have your answer.

In reply to: [FeedWordPress] [Plugin: FeedWordPress] RSS feeds stopped workingWhat I mean by not taking the “large” pics is that your theme may not have the correct .css to handle the pictures. I’ve had this happen to me more than once. You may want to check the width of the .css and increase it.

I looked at your source rss. It is probably having a problem with the images. They are fairly large. There are two things I can think of going on here. Your theme is not taking the “large” pics or FeedWordPress is reading the image info incorrectly. This does happen.

It may be that your feed is malformed. I was just reading something in the at https://simplepie.org about malformed feeds. Feeds with missing info.
Hi Ashish:
Does your FeedWordpress work fine otherwise? My .htaccess file keeps getting rewritten. Did you ever experience this? I’m trying to solve it.
Hi bufordt:
I found that my site would get this “500 server message” and discovered that my .htaccess file was being rewritten. You may want to check your Cron jobs in your CPanel to see if there are any working.
If you don’t administrate the CPanel, you may want to to talk to tech support.
Needless to say, because my site has to remain live and running with the feeds. I’m trying something else.
