Yes you can disable it by changing the option.

Please go to WP Admin | Frontend Dashboard | Frontend Dashboard | Custom Post | go to post and user role and uncheck all user role. So that no one can’t see that post in menu.

Please let me know if that not works.

Am sorry right now the plugin doesn’t support any external plugins.

May be in future if that plugin developer supports integrating with Frontend Dashboard. Happy to work with them.

Yes, we purposefully kept the parent menu into the sub menu.

Reason :

1. Parent menu has been assigned to a page or post or profile or custom actions and it should be clickable.

2. Menu and Submenu : If there is a submenu we can travel into the submenu by clicking the parent menu.

3. If no Parent menu inside the submenu : If we not keep the parent menu inside the submenu then the parent menu will not be a clickable and actionable.

4. So whenever the user click the parent menu, it should show the submenu not to navigate to the parent menu action.
