I found the problem already, the date cannot sort while my dashboard language was set to chinese, if I set to english language the date sorted will become functional.Is there anything can fix it?

Thanks for reply. The settings–>Reading and check Encoding for pages and feeds is remove since WP version 3.5
I use another plugin called Convert WP Database to UTF-8 and convert the character encoding for whole table and it successfully solved my problem.
