That’s correct.
I have checked all plugins. Everything is up to date and compatible. Also, there aren’t any errors.

How do I check this? I have checked woocommerce status logs as well as system report and nothing is showing incompatible there.

Hi Mia,
Just wanted to update that I have upgraded to the latest version again and everything is working fine now.
One request: In the last version, download link was removed from order component and added to order download component. We were using order component in our emails and this change broke the functionality (customers stopped getting download links for products they purchased). Kindly note: order download option did not exist in the previous versions.
Ideally, functionality should be made backwards compatible.

Please clarify the following:
- Is there a way to disable product expiry information? All my products are available for lifetime.
- Does product column refer to name of the product and download column refers to the link to download the product?
- Even when product hyperlinks option is off under settings, it keeps showing hyperlink for name under product column. Please confirm this.

Order item download option isn’t showing in the previous version. 3.4.2 only shows order_download option.
Also, please check the link you have shared. It’s about some login page.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Is “order item download” a new element introduced in the latest update that didn’t exist earlier?

Group 26 probably works because I created items in the same order in which they need to be listed.
For 331, I created items and then reordered them.
I am not using the short code directly. FAQs are added by selecting the woocommerce product. Please see the screenshot below: https://ibb.co/fXqkJ3J
@khungate, I haven’t been able to make those changes yet. I’ll do them and update this thread with my findings.

@ryanhungate, here are my observations:
- The issue doesn’t happen when I am logged in as an admin.
- It occurs every time on the first hit when tried in incognito mode. Page loads fine when refreshed.
Customers don’t hit the url with parameters. So, it works for them.
I need the url with parameters to work fine for syncing my products to Google Merchant Center.

Appreciate your response Khungate. The approach to activate/deactivate plugin is bruteforce and very time consuming.
Since the issue is happening with only 1 product out of 16 products I have in my store, I want to explore other ways to solve this problem.
Can you please help me understand when is this error message thrown by the plugin? It might help me identify the root cause of the issue. I am a dev myself. So, you can share technical details. Look forward to your response.
