I think when developing the website which requires editing EM, turn off CDN. Turn it back on when done with EM editing. I don’t foresee will need to keep editing EM setting.

ok. i finally get it to work. @terrysxm

i turned off CDN on the hosting provider cpanel. then can save EM plugin setting changes.

The ‘Remove all titles’ already worked.

The Forbidden errors still does not. The happens at backend of Event Manager. When ‘save’ button is clicked on Event Manager Setting, ‘Forbidden’ appear on screen.

This plugin is used in 2 different theme, and both showed the same ‘Forbidden’ message.

Have contacted Hosting Provider, they said nothing wrong on their side – as usual.
All other plugins worked, except Event Manager.
Event Manager worked frontend, appeared ok. Only backend setting cannot be saved – forbidden
Have allowed permission.
Updated latest wordpress
php 7.4
Both main and staging environment appeared the same ‘Forbidden’

I really don’t know how already. ??
