When the user clicks “subscribe”, he is sent to the following address, wich states that he will receive a confirmation email: https://blogdomarcondes.cimm.com.br/confirmacao-de-inscricao
But no confirmation email is sent and his address ain’t registered.

I believe that neither the server or the hosting provider blocks the messages because the plugin works fine when I disable the theme: without the theme, the user emails are registered and the confirmation messages are sent correctly.

I couldn’t express myself very well before.

Let me explain the issue again. The subscription form (widget) shows normally, but when an user tries to subscribe an email, nothing happens: his email is not registered in the subscribers list and no confirmation message is sent.
I’ve already tryed the suggested tests and I found out that the subsrciption process works fine when I disable the theme.

I follow the step by step you sent me, but it did not work. The only thing that made the subscribe appears in wordpress dashboard and also receive the confirmation email was, disable thema.

You know what I do?
