I was actually thinking of just making it optionnal so users could put a physical address OR a website (or both if they have both). If I put an address field it will always be required?

Aaaah. I think I get it. You mean the form will be different but it’s not a category.
So, users with physical address would use let’s say a “physical buninesses” form, and if they’re online they’d use an “online businesses” form, but I can put the exact same fields (except the address one) in both and people will be able to choose their categories, etc. and the stores, physical or online, will be displayed all together in the categories.
Am I right?
If I am, I can go with that, I don’t mind creating several forms. I will have to anyway. I’ll just have to make them all in double, one for the physical and one for the online, right?

Another question about the map system. Can I import my own SVG icons?

I have other questions about the Membership plans you propose.
I saw that it says “Unlimited domains”. Does it mean I can run your plugin on several WordPress websites (I have 2)? And what about the “Price lock”? Because there is 15% off until the 31st december so will I always pay the same price (with the 15% discount) or will it go back to the original price in the future?

Sorry for all my questions, I’ve been working for a year on my project and already spent a lot of money, I just want to be sure your plugin is the right one for what I want to achieve here.

Sorry it took me this long to come back to you.
I tried the remove_filter and put it in the function.php of my child theme but it doesn’t work, the creation of the event still appears in the global activity stream.

Do I need to add something somewhere else?

Hi, thanks for your response.

I did enable URLs but I actually don’t use it since all the links are already in the event description.
And I don’t use maps. For now. But I might in the future so I see your point. Thing is, you can’t choose what filters apply in the Advanced search. A “No country” option would be nice so it wouldn’t mess with the map but still could appear in the Country filter.

But since I already have pages listing the events depending on their category and country, and online, I guess I’ll just disable the Advance search and the problem is solved.

After you told me it was caused by my theme and not your plugin I finally found a way to make it work. I work with Elementor so I used the selector to add a list-style-type: none.

I understand and I don’t mind no being able to change the height and width of the images, it’s fine like this.
But if I can’t display all the images as a Gallery, is it possible to display them in 2 columns instead of one, then? I’m sure there is some PHP or CSS I can add or change to get the results I’d like.

LocoTranslate is not the problem here. It only creates a new folder for the translations and tells WordPress to load the translations from this new folder before loading them from other folders so translations are not erased when plugins are updated.

I think there is a problem with the french translation you put in the last update. It only contains 39 strings when your plugin (.pot) has 208.

Yep, I’m open to it, I understand how it works, globally, I know I have to put part of the code in function.php then call it from the template I want it to be displayed in, like archive.php or other but I don’t know how to code an entire function from scratch.
I can copy/paste and make some slight changes if I have to but that’s it.

I think my page builder is not the problem because I found a function to display the tags by category when on an archive page using a box “tag cloud by category” and it works fine so I’d assume my page builder loads the function I add to my child theme.
I created an archive template and a post template especially for this part of my website (it’s a Gallery system).

Thx for the links. Problem is, I already saw them and I use a page builder. I can change some CSS but I don’t code. I don’t know what to do with what you gave me, that’s why I was asking for help.
They say it has to be put in a loop. I don’t know how to do that.

Yep, that was it! I use a membership plugin and a role manager and I don’t why it unchecked all admin capabilities. I didn’t think to take a look at it. Duh.
