I found the reason. I created a page name under Organization for Groups which take that slug. Any help?
Plus, replacing the slug with mine helps open the link and give us search results for the search but there is an ajax conflict after the tag search.

Hello, I myself am using this! The 13th usage is giving me default youtube video with the correct usage!

Stopped working since 3.4 i guess!
It worked great before but now it shows this message for latest versions.

Add the following line of code at the bottom of the file, right before the require_once line.

Have you people tried this? Does,’t work in my case as mine is plugin issue but may work for you.

I have this issue with a plugin(WIKIPOP).
It works fine when the plugin is disabled but toolbar is stripped off except toggle screen tool when WIKIPOP is enabled.

An option/choice to chose from for the individual whether or not to include would be a better idea. ??
