Thank you for the quick reply. Yes I did a customization in the layout of the uploading section specially with the file uploading area. Screenshot attached and have put the files in child theme so can easily do the future update of the plugin. https://snipboard.io/we1oqm.jpg

The problem was the Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags – WordPress plugin, after removing this plugin every is working fine. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for pointing out the second OG meta tag. It was added by the theme and I have removed it.

Thank you very much for the reply. But when i test the page on Facebook debugger and by posting on the facebook then it show me a different title below the image.
