Please goto AWSM Team -> Settings -> Team Photos, enter the custom dimension there. The change will not affect existing images on the website. If you want the existing images to be cropped in the custom dimensions consider using a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails.

I am sorry for the trouble. Google Docs Viewer is notorious for the stability issues, especially for the documents that are hosted elsewhere! Did you try Microsoft Office Viewer? It should be stable and more user-friendly for all the Office files (No PDF support).

When using the Plus version, we recommend two solutions for stability.

• Use Google Drive to host your files – We have hardly seen any downtime for the documents that are embedded from Google Drive.
• Use Box.com – Box.com has its own viewer. It’s super stable and also comes with various privacy settings.

Otherwise, nothing much we can do in this case. Hope you understand.

Currently, the AWSM Team plugin works as it will crop the freshly uploaded images to a square size.
In the Pro version, there is an option for adding custom dimensions for the team member images.

This issue is caused by the ‘Convert Plus’ plugin. This is due to a bug in this plugin. So, please contact the plugin support team and share the below bug info with them and confirm with them that the issue is solved in the latest version or not (or you can update to the latest version to check whether the issue is solved or not!).
Bug Info:
The issue is in, ‘cp_import_upload_prefilter’ and ‘cp_handle_upload_prefilter’ functions. In both functions, the $file variable is not returned properly. This is not the correct approach and causes most of the plugins that use ‘wp_handle_upload’ function to fail. It should be returned outside the if condition.
