Yes our plugin doesn’t work well with some caching and site optimization plugins. You can try a different speed plugin or try making the URL’s that our video recorder is on not be cached.
Please let us know on this thread if you find a resolution so we can pass it along to our other users.

In reply to: [Video Recorder] YouTube and VidrackHey to right now the data captured isn’t pushed automatically to Youtube with your video submission. We are building Vidrack Elite which will have video hosting capabilities. And soon after we will add Video SEO features that will allow users to upload tags, description and title to the videos.
For now you will have to do this manually. We are working towards a better solution.

We are launching Vidrack Elite in the next month or so that will allow users to auto post videos to their site. We are also launching a web-RTC version of our video recorder.

Sometimes visual editor plugins or caching plugins can cause issues with Vidrack’s Video Recorder WordPress Plugin

Since we are a company of only 3 people we couldn’t keep up with the support requests and got behind. We are catching up now and will happily walk you through resolving your issues. You can reach me directly at 613-266-5352 to my mobile phone or email [email protected] with reminding me who you are so I can look up your request and I will work on it top priority.
Also we can offer you a full refund for Vidrack Pro if you arn’t satisfied.
These issues are always caused by plugin conflicts or theme conflicts. We need to determine if its a plugin or theme first by process of elimination.
