It is a problem created by a different plugin, and that plugin owner has provided a solution, which other users confirm fixes the issue.

Sorry for the late reply to this. I hope its not too late.

I would recommend resetting the plugin. You can do this by appending this to your domain:

/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms&wlcms-action=reset

This will reset all the setting.

Also you can access the settings directly by using the URL with would be this:

/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms-plugin.php

This should fix your problem.

You should be able to access the settings directly using by appending this:

/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms-plugin.php

If that doesn’t work, you can reset the plugin using this link:

/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms&wlcms-action=reset

But you will loose the settings.

The purpose of this plugin is to provide a simplified and personalised WordPress backend to your clients.

The original idea came from when we used to deliver clients their new websites and tell them to login, but then say, “Now, just ignore everything you see here on the dashboard”. From there, it evolved to customising the login page, restricting which menu items your clients can see.??It has a lot more features than just this, but hopefully, this explains the initial reason why the plugin was first developed.

Thank you so much for this, it was very helpful. You can delete the video if you want, we took a copy of it.

We recreated what you did, and it worked fine for us, so we think the issue might actually be in the HTML you are using the panel.

Can you please paste it here (remove the link urls if you wish), and we can try it.
