You can increase this limite in the htaccess or your main folder. Just add a line like this:

php_value memory_limit 64M

To be honest i think you should contact Bluehost. Looks like the problem is in their side.

Hi jinx, take a look at permissions of some files. CHMOD 777 or 755. Maybe the problem is there.
