Hi – Halin (or anyone on the WordPress support team). Are you able to help with this? I’ve still not been able to use the videopress that I’ve paid for…

As I said – the problem is that I’ve followed your recommended steps and get no video and just the below bit of text instead:

4012″ allowscriptaccess=”always” allowfullscreen=”true”>

Do you have advice on what I should do next?

I’ve upgraded as you suggested… but entering the line:
[videopress xyz w=640]

I get no video and just the below bit of text instead:

Hi Raanan – as you requested, I’ve submitted the details to tech support 3 days ago, but haven’t heard anything yet. Can you let me know what kind of timeframe I should expect?

Thanks Raanan – I’ve just submitted further details to support. The original file dimensions are, I believe 1050×576. (I provided a link to the source file in my support submission).

@hailin – thanks very much for the reply, but that’s exactly what I was doing, hence my confusion.

I’ll post back the results of my support request when it gets resolved.
