Please try clicking the refresh arrows next to the “Refresh my videos every…” setting in the Vimeography Gallery editor. This will force a check for the latest Vimeo videos available in your account.

No, you will not lose your galleries unless you uninstall the plugin.

If you would like to show videos that are hidden from Vimeo, you will need Vimeography Pro.

Otherwise, make sure that the videos that you are looking to display are public and are also allowed to be embedded on that domain using the embed privacy settings on Vimeo.
