In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Impossible change or save an eventHi there!
Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
We’re currently investigating this problem that seems to be browser specific.
Could you please let us know which browser, version and operating system you are on where you see the issue happening?
Also, have you tried a different browser?
Thanks!
Hi!
Thanks for taking the time to report that error
We are currently investigating a similar error:
Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, class Tribe__Events__Query does not have a method "pre_get_posts" in /.../wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:308
Can you confirm the full error message you are getting points to the same file and line?
Thanks!

Hi there,
Thank you all for your patience and help reporting these issues.
We are currently working to fix an issue that would cause those errors with custom queries of events. These could be taking place by third party plugin, themes or custom code.
I have linked this thread to the corresponding bug report and we’ll let you know as soon as a fix is released.
In the meantime, the issue should not be present with The Events Calendar 6.0.1.1 so please try downgrading to prevent this errors

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] errors with 6.0.3Hi There!
Thank you both for taking the time to report this.
Unfortunately, I can confirm this is a bug on the latest version of The Events Calendar 6.0.3 on environments using PHP 7.3.
We have an internal report for this and we’ll be including a fix in our upcoming release. We’ll notify you as soon as the fix is released.
In the meantime, you can downgrade to The Events Calendar 6.0.2 where the issue is not happening.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Fatal Error on updating to 6.0.2Hi there!
Thank you all for letting us know about this error.
We’ve found a few other users reporting the same error and we are currently investigating the cause of it.
It would be very helpful if any of you can confirm if you are using any kind of object cache like Redis. And if disabling the cache system prevents the error from happening.
For the time being I’m going to link this thread to our internal bug report and we’ll keep you posted when a resolution has been made.
Thanks

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Site CrashingHi @mpedersen,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having this problem.
We were not able to replicate this problem on our end. Is it possible to get more information from the hosting provider about the issues they see with wp-cron? We want to know which cron jobs are the ones causing the problem
Thanks

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Latest Update Slowing Website / Critical Error MessageHi!
It appears you are having an issue with Tribe__Events__Template__Month. We deprecated that class prior to the v2 updates and have removed it completely in TEC 6.0. We no longer call this class or its methods internally. If you are seeing errors related to this class, please make sure:
- Your plugins are all up to date. Reminder: pre-6.0 premium plugins and add-ons are not compatible with TEC 6.0
- Your live site is not set to display debug errors (link)
- You are on PHP 8.0 or lower (as downgrading from PHP 8.1 has corrected the problem with some users)
- You are not calling the class or its functions in any custom code snippets
If you are still having issues, please perform conflict debugging (link) as some third-party plugins have utilized this class in the past.
Hope that helps

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] multiple organisers no longer displaying after updatewThanks for taking the time to report this.
Unfortunately, we are currently aware of that being a bug on our end. We know that it currently conflicts with the Divi theme specifically, which I can see you are using.
I will link this thread to the bug report and we’ll let you know as soon as a fix is released.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Disabled block editor on updating to 6.0.xHi @glycymeris,
Sorry to hear about that problem.
Can you tell us a bit more about the problem? Do you see any errors in the browser console when trying to edit an event with the block editor? In case you wonder how to see that, here’s a handy guide about it: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
Also, try enabling the debug mode on your site and let us know of any errors you see when the problem happens: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/how-to-enable-debugging-in-wordpress/
Did you try the workaround mentioned by @ornanovitch? One thing you can try is reverting the migration and then deactivating all other plugins before running the migration again, just to make sure there are no conflicts happening during the migration.
Hope that helps

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Venue map no longer displayingHi @7dskei!
Sorry to hear you’re having that problem.
I was not able to replicate the issues you report here. Updating a venue saves all the options as expected on my end. And the Map is correctly embedded in the single event pages.
It sounds like it could be a conflict of some sort. Have you tested for conflicts by deactivating other plugins and using a default theme to see if any difference? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Migration errors for Event Calendar 6.0.0.1Hi @alphacrucis,
Thanks for taking the time to report this.
Unfortunately, I can confirm this is a legit bug on our end that affects the migration under specific circumstances.
I have created a bug report and it’s very likely we’ll release a fix for it in the next upcoming release.
In the meantime, please hold on running the migration. Your site will still continue to work just like before.
We’ll notify you as soon as the fix is released.
Thanks again
