We have role capabilities as part of our plugin but all internal users are on teh same role level and there still seems to be discrepancies between what users can and cannot do.

I haven’t tried disabling all plugins yet but have disabled and reactivated a few that have caused problems in the past but they don’t make a difference. Do you imagine it is likely to be a plugin clash?
