In reply to: [podPress] [Plugin: podPress] Please help, feed brokenThanks, Tim.
Latest versions of both.
I tried disabling the cache, no love. I actually get an error:
error on line 94 at column 30: Extra content at the end of the document
That’s at the end of this line:
<itunes:duration>1:24:45</itunes:duration>
Max execution time is 30.
Max input time is 60.
Memory limit is 128MB.Sorry about not opening a new thread.
Here’s what I got:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Notice: Undefined index: HTTPS in /home/screenra/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bits-on-the-run/bitsontherun.php on line 12
Nothing directly related to media tags, but could the item above be the issue?
Thanks!

In reply to: Disable comment notification email to users (not admin)You shouldn’t have to use a plugin for this, you should be able to disable it. I’ve noticed this same thing after upgrading to 3.2.1 – now my authors are getting comment notification emails when a comment on one of their posts is flagged for moderation.
There should be a way to disable this feature, but I can’t find it.

Matthew,
Ah, thanks – I checked this morning and when I removed the duplicates and clicked through yesterday, Amazon DID register the clicks to my affiliate ID. I look forward to your bug fix update. ??
Thanks again,
Vic
I’m not sure what you mean by “append your affiliate id to a non-afiiliate link.” I’ve entered my affiliate id in the admin section of the plugin. Also, I did verify that clicking on those links did not register the visit through my affiliate id on Amazon.
Vic
Matthew,
Here you go:
https://screenrant.com/dvd-bluray-new-releases-april-12th-2011-mikee-110384/
On that page I had visited Amazon, copied the regular, non-affiliate link and pasted it in to my article. All the plugin did was add ?tag=[my affiliate id] twice to the end of the URL.
Thanks,
Vic
Permissions are 777 for the file and the directory in which it resides.

Longtail Video,
Yes to all your questions except the first. I’m not seeing a JW Player loading on any admin pages for the plugin.
Vic
I have the same issue as drift_dave.
I’m running WP 3.05.
I’ve FTP’d the plugin zip file (using binary, so it would unzip) and while the plugin seems to be active, I’m having issues.
When I go to the JW admin page in WP it says:
Current Player: Version Unknown (Click Here to Reinstall)
I’ve done that more than once and it always comes up version unknown.
When I try to upload the licensed version, I get this error:
JW Player was not detected.
When I go to the licensing page, there’s nowhere to enter a license, only a button to go purchase one, and a button that says:
Once you have purchased a license for the commercial player, you can upload it here.
So I’m stuck in a loop. :-\
I’m running version 4.09 and the Google Page Speed tools gives me the following message:
https://screenrant.com/ loads https://www.google-analytics.com/ga.js synchronously.

THANKS for your detailed reply (I wasn’t able to find a similar answer anywhere).
I tried solution #3 and it seems to have done the trick. ??

In reply to: Cannot Edit Visibility/Published Date of a PostI’m having this problem as well since upgrading from v2.7.x to v2.9.2.
The workaround for now is to do the publish functions from the edit posts page using the Admin Management Xtended plugin.

UPDATE:
The More Fields plugin fix mentioned above fixed this problem. However the fix affects the collapsibility of fields in the edit page.
