I’m going to share the System report so you can take a look at it, to see if we can find where the conflict is. I wanted to let you know that right now the PW plugin is inactive since we are looking for another way for customers to receive the card in their respective language. But this one we have installed does not convince us, we prefer the PW gift card if we can solve this.
