Hi
the pages in wp-admin state: mydomain.com/my-tickets & /mydomain.com/support as slug
In the My account section on the front end when a user is logged in the
Submit a new ticket leads to: mydomain.com/my-account/support
and
My tickets leads to mydomain.com/my-account/my-ticketsI do not see the option to change that.
I made sure to double check the pages in General tab of your pluginTicket Submission & My Tickets
Both pages do exist and are set, however when a customer logs in
the urls that come with this account page such as downloads, orders, etc do have these two pages, but the url is incorrect as stated above.Thank you

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Clear Abandoned Carts historic buttosHello, I have a similar question and would be very interested in that MySQL code.
My client would like to remove all old abandoned cart data. Even though I deleted all items in the abandoned orders tab. However, in recovered orders tab, the data still sits at for example 12 thus showing an inaccurate amount of money.
As it states: “During the selected range 12 carts totaling $401.98 were abandoned. We were able to recover 1 of them, which led to an extra $179.00”Also, there is a typo: totaling is with two ll’s: totalling.
Thank you.- This reply was modified 6 years, 7 months ago by vi54. Reason: extra info

In reply to: [WooCommerce Maintenance Mode (Free)] Plugin Updated – New Improved Version 2Hi thanks for this plugin. However On the latest wordpress installment + woocommerce installment, it shows a php error on top of the pages.
I don’t have a knowledge to resolve this myself.
