Ok finally figured out the issue. The migration from GoDaddy was not fully completed. Also you may note that if the file names are too long that will also cause an issue. All is corrected and you can close this ticket. I will be using tablepress from now on as the support is outstanding!

Sorry to bother you again but I had GoDaddy fix the media library issue and all files have been updated but I am still having the same issue. Can you take a look and see if you can tell me why?

Thank you. I just had the domain moved and it seems the library is still sitting on the staging site. On hold forever with GoDaddy to get them to fix the issue. I would have never figured this out. Now I know why my videos are having the same issue.
