I have made progress on this site’s errors, thanks to an email from ait-pro.com support, but this issue with MI (and with Jetpack as well) still remain. I checked again just jnow for security log entries with anything indicating MI files being blocked and do not see anything at all. Part of the procedure support asked me to do was to delete the security log, and the new entries since only show a few attempts on wp-login.php and the ARQ procedures associated with a plugin update. Sorry I can’t be of more help here. That’s why I posted it in the MI forum, hoping they would tell me what specific files I should whitelist. I can also send login credentials to the ait-pro.com support rep who I’m communicating with via email so they can try to figure this out. Thanks so much!

I have the same issue – Jetpack dashboard and settings pages are both blank. The stats page loads, and I can assign a Jetpack gallery style in a post or page editor.

It’s new and not widely used or reviewed yet, but it looks like it will work, and a comment from an early user on the Pro version at CodeCanyon sounds like it has the added benefit of NOT working when a person closes the share window without actually completing the share. Only SUCCESSFUL shares get the discount. I’m recommending that my client check it out, and thought that because it wasn’t that easy to find you might want to check it out too.

Her would prefer that his customers NOT have to wait until their net purchase to use the discount. Have you incorporated this functionality yet? Also, when trying your plugin for this same client, it knocked out the Facebook plugin on his Home page, so I deleted your plugin. Can you tell me why this might have happened? If you can work out instant discounts and work out the conlict in your plugin that makes it so it can be used without disabling the Facebook widget on his home page we would definitely want to use it.

Family member diagnosed with breast cancer and life changed in an instant. However, I just checked this thread and decided after seeing @tomcoady last response to do the same – deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the plugin and everything is working fine now. Thanks so much @tomcoady!

My site was hooked up directly with Cloudflare years ago and I’ve had the plugin installed for a few years as well. This update appears to have locked me out of any way to activate or manage my account, as everything on the settings page is dead. Nothing is displaying beneath the three icons. Apparently it has kept the API settings that were previously set up as it is not requesting them, but because everything seems to be frozen, I can’t verify that or change any settings. Please help!!

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Navigate to a Specific Date not workingI am having the same issue. My client, whose site https://www.ekpcreations.com is nearly ready for launch, noticed today that she was no longer able to navigate to an individual event page from the posterboard view – no matter which link she clicked, the title, the image, etc., they were all dead. This appears only to be occurring on her HP laptop, the links are live on my iMac. Is there any way we can get this fixed before Friday when her launch date is scheduled? We have other issues as well:
1. Posterboard view is lining up in even rows with all events displaying at the same height in each row, rather than tiling as it should.
2. The website’s top nav menu has stopped displaying on the calendar page.
3. The website’s footer has stopped displaying on the calendar page.
I will reinstall the extended layouts file in hopes that will straighten things out with the page’s display, but wanted to mention these additional issues since we need help with the links regardless.

Haven’t checked them all, but since the last update I am getting the same error on one of my client’s sites, and at least one other is working fine. I reinstalled the plugin a couple of times but continued to get the error, so reset it and that worked, but only in manual mode. The moment I authenticated it, there was the fatal error again. What to do?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Link error leads to wrong productI never did resolve this really, but I was able to create another product post with a different sku and it seems to be working fine. Although I created most of the posts in this shop using the Post Duplicator plugin (so I could modify existing posts to make new ones) without any errors, I think this is where the wires crossed to produce the error I was seeing. I’m deleting the malfunctioning post now.
Ah! That did it! Thanks so much. So you know, I tried updating after disabling the config caching but before removing the configCache file and it didn’t happen. Removing the file was apparently the key in this instance. You rock!

In reply to: "white screen of death" after updating to 4.3I agree with daniellemolenaar. Updraft Plus is the best backup plugin simply because you can restore a blown WordPress site easily with the backup files it creates. If you cannot access your Admin area, you can just extract the backup files from the ZIPS you’ve downloaded and upload them to your server to restore. If it’s really screwed up, you can scrap the old site and do a fresh install of WordPres, then upload all the backup files and Voila! Site restored. I too hope this helps someone in despair about their downed website. Believe me, we’ve all been through it and know how intense the feelings can be.
Fortunately I didn’t have to do that for the site I was worried about yesterday, having the White Screen of Death after the latest WordPress update. It resolved itself a day later and now I’m back to work.
