In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] optimized images not delivered to mobileThank you! Please stay available until I complete the new test. It’s hard waiting a whole day for your responses when my client is getting impatient for answers. I’m not sure what these test results should look like…

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] optimized images not delivered to mobileYes, I did. I’ll go through it again step by step as I follow your instructions:
go to toolbox -> debug settings -> set debug to ON – Done
debug level to advance – Done
debug include URI (I see a field labeled “debug include uri”) add
test
– Donethen go to toolbox -.> log view -> clean up any existing (Didn’t see this option this time, so clicked [B] Purge Log. There were a few lines left over so I clicked [D] Clear Logs, which erased the remaining lines. Now all there is on the Log View tab page are: LiteSpeed Logs heading with 4 buttons: Debug Log, Purge Log, Crawler Log and Clear Logs, the a heading Purge Logs and button Clear Logs
then test it as
https://domain.com/?test
running PageSpeed test for https://t3greenhousesupply.com/?test and hoping we get a poor result this time…good, the performance score was only 34.
then share the log
/wp-content/litespeed/debug/debug________.log
It definitely looks different this time. Checking host for log name…litespeed>debug>debugf06f45c90929784f.logPasted the log contents to https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/p/TS6ckMXm7D/
I hope this one works better for you. Thank you so much for your help.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] optimized images not delivered to mobileI can’t get the security plugin to let me view it so I’m sure it won’t show it to you. I’ve copied it to PasteBin. I apologize if there might be a test included that was for t3greenhousesupply.com/test rather than /?test.:

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] optimized images not delivered to mobileThank you, I’ll do that now and get the info to you soon.
I just found them! Clicking the little “up arrow” in a desperate attempt to get them above the Product Description field that I NEVER use actually moved them to the bottom of the sidebar! I was able to drag/drop them back into the main column, so I’m good to go again. I wish you would make the main Product Description window movable.

Thanks, Stef, but those options are actually still checked though the modules are not displaying.
I had a number of support people working on this to help us and one of them just went above and beyong to figure this out, even though her plugin was not involved with the issue. She was able to determine that is was the OHWO Form Connector plugin that was the culprit. Sure enough, forms are submitted successfully when that plugin is deactivated. Just thought this might be helpful to you in the future.
Hi Ralden, thanks so much. I have checked these settings and they are all correct. Optimize Email Sending is NOT checked.
Thank you, but I’ve already switched to a different plugin that doesn’t depend on any connection to GA (or any other type of account) and is GDPR compliant.

In reply to: [Contact Bank - Contact Form Builder for WordPress] Forms not sendingI am having the same issue on a client’s website. We set up a form for workshop registrations. While there was one successful submission a few days ago, my client did not receive it, and I just submitted a test of the form, and it was not recorded in the Submissions list. His workshop comes up in a couple of weeks, so we need help very soon.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] PayPal not loading in checkoutJust thought you might like to know that in the end the culprit was found to be the Ecwid shopping cart, a vestige from before WooCommerce was installed. Disabling that plugin resolved the issue.
