In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Incoming webhook failed validationI don’t know dude. Best ask customer support – I did have missing customers when switched stripe accounts before and the Woocommerce accounts had a saved card.
Best make a separate thread. Good luck.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Incoming webhook failed validationMy webhook URL didn’t change – it was the webhook secret – I should have clarified.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Incoming webhook failed validationFor me, it was actually an incorrect webhook _ I don’t know how it happened as it was working fine for a very long time – many months and then all of a sudden started getting that error and noticed the webhook secret was in fact wrong.
Thank you, message sent ??
Thanks for your reply,
I am not using any third-party plugins for shipping methods. Just plain woocommerce.
The only bit of extra customization around shipping is hiding certain shipping options based on user role but I don’t think that influences this issue as it’s a very simple snippet that only hides specific shipping methods and customers are able to proceed and select a shipping method – as we see the total price has increased but we do not see what shipping method was selected.
The bundles plugin is https://wpclever.net/downloads/product-bundles/
I don’t know if it is related or if it is just coincidence that it happened to all PayPal orders that had a bundle in the order. I just thought maybe the 0.00 price caused some conflict with your plugin.
Ok thanks I understand. I assumed the terms and conditions validation would have happened regardless, if you say it is meant to happen after pressing Pay Now then that is ok. Thanks
@joostvandevijver sorry to jut into this thread but I have the same issue but I understand your explanation. It isn’t the best solution to be honest. It ends up ignoring any custom validation that I have written e.g. Asking user to type email address twice as they often make typos.
An issue I have is that we ask the users to agree to the terms and conditions and it seems to skip it. You can test yourself here: https://cocochoco.ie/checkout/
I don’t understand why the old PayPal plugin was able to work just fine and yet this one, we have new bugs every release.
