You were right, those were missing. I don’t think anyone removed them… perhaps an update changed things? In any case, rebuilding the form worked. I should have tried that first anyway! Thanks for the help.

I’d also like to know this… ideally perhaps a custom CSS override that wouldn’t get deleted with each theme update?
