SOLVED. I fixed this by going into the database and changing it there. The form still shows my email address, but the form is being sent to my client’s address which works for me.

Which browser are you two using?

Hi. I had the same issue yesterday and I discovered that there are a few things that you need to have.

1.) Make sure you have something in the “Data name” field.

2.) Make sure you specify file types.

Once I did that, I was able to upload files without issue. I hope this helps.
