I have now deleted the header drafts and am still experiencing the same problem.

Yes, I just saw the response from w3tc and notified them that the problem still persisted even after disabling and removing all files.

Regarding Hustle I originally contacted them weeks ago and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue. However, I have had the same problem with other plugins.

This evening I disabled all plugins (through the help of Siteground) and the problem still continued so it doesn’t appear to be from the plugins.

Also to note, there is also no popup signup box on mobile either. This has also been tested on both mine and my partner’s phone.

I’m using Chrome. We have also looked on my partners phone and it also doesn’t show (she has the same model phone as me).

I can attach a screenshot if that would be easier?

Thanks for looking into this.

Unfortunately it’s still not working on my mobile (Motorola G6 Play, Android 9). The whole sign up box is not visible and displays a blank space. I’ve now noticed if you click in the blank space you can enter your details though nothing is visible.

With the popup, nothing pops up. There doesn’t seem to be an issue with confirmation or users added to list.

Please let me know if you need any more information, thanks again.

How can I find the code in the css? I looked in the theme editor but wasn’t sure what section it would be in.

The only addition CSS I have added for layout is one line suggested by Kadence themes to automatically adjust the header height. Shall I take it out?

Firstly, I’ll apologise as technically we’re not skilled with the site. I’m not aware how we have added heights of zero, we’ve just edited the header with the options on the appearance customisation editor.

Where do we enter in the script you’ve sent, on the theme editor? Thanks for your patience.
